Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4630 PresicionCore technology is capable of heavy work to aid your Office work. This All in One Printer features a robust design and comprehensive features. The WF-4630 can print at incredible speeds with its laser printer. It prints black and color 20ppm. The WF-4630 has a touch-screen LCD that can be configured for user comfort. You can print documents automatically 2-sided, which will make it more cost-effective. With WF-4630, your Office will feel lighter like Epson XP-212.
It is my second Epson Workforce printer. It does everything I need. After 5 years of solid work, my WF-4540 was finally retired. I purchased the WF-4630 in march 2017. It has printed over 6,300 pages in black and white, and color, single- and double-sided. There have also been several hundred envelopes in various sizes.
The scanner is used more often than the printer by me, particularly the document feeder. I love the fact that it can handle both single-sided and double-sided documents. I have scanned over 5,500 pages. The supplied software has excellent OCR capabilities, which are invaluable in quickly creating searchable PDF documents. I use it a lot. I have also scanned thousands of photos directly from the platen… and there are still thousands!
I don’t use the copying function much as I scan and then print the scanned copy if necessary.
In terms of printing quality and cost, the Epson is my preferred printer over the Canon color laser printer. I also find the Epson cartridges to be very economical.
It was simple to install. The printer works with a USB cable that connects to our main PC. Other devices can also be connected via wired or wireless connections, including our phones, laptops, tablets, and iPad. It can be left on almost every day, all day. The printer starts very quickly even after being put into stand-by/sleep mode.
